Small idea: should we adjust ap_proxy_http_cleanup() to accept a "status" value, and thus make that logic internal to it? That is, have an OK/NOK conditional aspect to ap_proxy_http_cleanup()? I think it would be useful at the other places were we use it...
PS: I'm planning to be offline for the rest of the day to try to enjoy the holiday :)
