The user comments, that the fix might be relevant for mod_jk too, which
is why I have it on my open items list. But i didn't investigate until now.
Right, but then it's a violation of the protocol and the Tomcat fault.
If anything except GET_BODY_CHUNK comes in after the header Tomcat should
reply with error, and the SEND_HEADER should be repeated.
