One thing I've noticed is it doesn't seem to do substitution if you specify:

        <url>http://${hostname}.example.com/index.html</url>

but if I use this it works fine:

<url method="GET" requesttemplate="http://${hostname}.example.com/ index.html" />

I'm not sure if that's intentional.

Anyway, seems to work great, thanks again!!  Very useful!
