How do I set KeepAliveTimeout for Apache 2.2 ?

 Can anyone let me know where exactly and in which files do I have to make
the changes in order to set the following variables in Apache server 2.2 ?
 
    - KeepAlive
    - KeepAliveTimeout
    - MaxKeepAliveRequests
    - MaxClients
