Fedora 18 has Apache 2.4 since 6 months
RHEL7 will be based on F18/F19 and also replaces MySQL with MariaDB

it is not a must but most likely that it will also ship Apache 2.4
and new setups from RH customers most likely will install RHEL7
after it is available because the longer LTS
