Fixed in r1707091. Now all tests really pass :p I wonder how we should address the possible (third-party-)breakage due to ap_pass_brigade(c->ouput_filters, EOR) => ap_pass_brigade(r->ouput_filters, EOR) in ap_process_request_after_handler(), should this be backported in 2.4.x...
