Slightly off-topic: 2.4.x HEAD builds fine and serves pages with VS 2012
using the cmake build. (I was initially sidetracked by the need for a
higher level of nghttp2 to fix their Win32 linkage problem in APIs we
didn't use last time I built on Windows, then by trunk build problems.)
