That one runs fine for me.

In fact, I did a total clean build and restart this morning and all the 
problems have disappeared. So, sorry about the witch hunt! It may have been an 
unclean build due to mixed header files or there was another rogue process 
listening.

Btw. how are people handling changes in header files? I install my httpd via 
"make install" and that also copies the header files, which then lead to 
inconsistencies when I build a new revision. Is there an install target that 
only installs the binaries?
