Tested on Ubuntu 19.04, compiled with gcc 8.3.0.
Tested with event and worker. (my prefork built is still broken)
A few missing compatibility notes in the doc for new directives. Will be
fixed by the end of the day.
mod_systemd, mod_brotli and mod_socache_redis added in BZ components list.
2.4.43 added in BZ version.
