Shall this response be considered a +1 for the purposes of > the release vote? > Hi Daniel, I'm not a PMC member, just observing that in my *snapshot* refresh to https://github.com/appsuite/oss-httpd-build/ every component including the current apr/apr-util, httpd and all the rest of the third party components are successfully building, under CMake on Windows (those with cmake build tooling and the few others using their windows mak solutions) - and they should continue to do so in their next releases unless they are broken in the interim. I'm making no attempt to build against the no-longer-supported msldap API nor openldap which doesn't support building on windows. So as a from-the-peanut-gallery observation, the state of 2.4.x branch at the time of this candidate are looking good on CMake (and mak files, per Gregg, and I presume dsp/vcproj files, per Steffen.)
