Looks like we still have some UTF8 vs entities ping-pong issues related, 
I guess, to different versions of java.

I guess that UTF8 everywhere should be better to avoid it.
Apparently only es (2.4.x only), da, de and pt-br are concerned.

I'll try to remind the howto to convert them to UTF8.
