Thanks Rainer. There are problems with the APR build on macOS as well. A new 
release would be welcome.

Since we do not release the -dep tarballs as part of Apache httpd, this should 
not be a stopper. 

There were historically added for convenience on the voting. I think we should 
change our release scripts to no longer include them, unless we are sure they 
run correctly everywhere.
