I count several 0s and one +0.5, added my own +1.

I now removed mod_tls from trunk and 2.4.x. I hope I caught all place in 
source, documentation and test.

@Christophe: I know you want to re-use the tests for mod_ssl. Maybe resurrect 
them in a modules/ssl directory?
