Update: the ticket was resolved with JIRA notifications also now going to https://lists.apache.org/[email protected] , which now unifies all streams of activity across the project (GitHub PRs, issues, JIRA) .. Some snippets from the notification infra put in place below. Seems like it should do the job. Please rekick this thread if its not working. Issue Commented
