Hi Folks,
Here is the status update on 0.5.3 release. Since we were
cherry-picking commits from master, had to fix lot of conflicts manually
since master had some refactoring, junit to jupiter changes and so on.
0.5.3 will stay with junit and so had to fix all tests manually during
cherry picking.
- Long story short, able to get all commits to 0.5.3 branch in my repo.
- Waiting for travis CI build to complete with green.
- I do see 2 tickets tagged w/ 0.5.3 not completed yet. Reaching out to
respective POCs to see if those are mis-tagged.
- Once I complete above 2, will proceed on to creating a release branch in
apache/hudi and creating release notes.
- Also, I might need someone to help on any new changes or process required
after graduating. As of now, I am following this
