Also, I need someone to check out sections with text "// Needs to be updated". To be specific: - To vote on release candidate, RM needs to send an email to dev@hudi and general@incubator. After graduation, may I know whats the 2nd mailing list. - To announce/promote the release, prior graduation, one needs to send emails to general@incubator.
