Nils Winkler commented on IBATIS-257:
-------------------------------------

The provided documentation in the Wiki is wrong. Please have a look at the
comment I added last November:

http://opensource2.atlassian.com/confluence/oss/display/IBATIS/How+do+I+use+a+Custom+Type+Handler+with+complex+property+or+Type+Safe+Enumeration?focusedCommentId=1913#comment-1913

The call to "wasNull()" has to be made after "getInt()", otherwise it will
throw an Exception...

> Type: Bug
> Components: SQL Maps

> Reporter: Thomas Wagner

>
> The usage of a custom TypeHandlerCallback depends on the position of the
> column in the resultMap.
> If the previous colum has a value, all works fine. But if the value of the
> previous column is null, the mapping via a custom TypeHandlerCallback does
> not work.
