The description of the "cacheModelsEnabled" option in the <settings> element on
pg 10 of the documentation states "Default: true (enabled)" but it's actually
false, causing issues as people trust the documentation.
As this periodically appears on the mailing list, I thought it about time to
raise it so it wouldn't get overlooked again!
