   - For the first issue, I think we should remove the deprecation message
   and throw an error when the table reference is used.
      - I don't think we should throw, I've left a comment on the PR
      <https://github.com/apache/iceberg-python/pull/1689/>.
   - For the second
      - We should clean this one up, I took the liberty of creating a PR
      <https://github.com/apache/iceberg-python/pull/1691>.
   - For deprecating botocore
      - I'm leaning towards undoing this deprecation since there is no good
      alternative without going into complex configuration
      <https://github.com/apache/iceberg-python/pull/1299>. I also created a
      PR for that <https://github.com/apache/iceberg-python/pull/1692>.
