Hi:

The author JanKaul was an early contributor of iceberg-rust, and for the
reasons mentioned in above issues he still keeps maintaining his own repo.

We also had a discussion about this problem in slack:

in summary the conclusion was:
1. crates.io doesn't have namespace/organization like other package
management systems
2. We claim in our crate doc that these implementations are
official implementations maintained by the apache community.
3. We contacted authors of those crates to claim that those implementations
are unofficial. JanKaul helped to change the description of those crates
maintained by him.
