Hey everyone, Thanks for verifying and voting! A crashing bug was discovered in rc1 that was relatively simple to fix [1]. Rather than moving forward with rc1 and then having a follow-up bug fix patch it made more sense to get it merged and simply cut a new rc as RC2. I've created the new RC and will send out the new vote shortly to release RC2 instead. Sorry!
