Hi all, The Iceberg Summit 2026 was just a few weeks ago, and it was great to see so much strong discussion, collaboration, and energy across the community. While the experience is still fresh, the Selection Committee compiled retrospective notes[1] from this year’s planning and CFP process in hopes of helping future Summit planning start earlier and build on what worked well.
These notes reflect observations and lessons learned from participating in this year’s process. The goal is to capture what worked well, along with areas that may be worth refining for future years.
