Hi Junwang,

I'm new to the release process but is it normal to set a "SNAPSHOT" suffix
in an RC[1]? It looks a REST client would send "User-Agent:
iceberg-cpp/0.3.0-SNAPSHOT" in the header if building from this source.
Besides that, the build and tests passed on macOS 26.5, clang 21.0.0.

Thanks,
