+1 (non-binding) I verified: - checksums and signatures for the ASF artifacts; - signing key and tag/commit identity; - archive safety, LICENSE/NOTICE, RAT, and source-only contents; - source artifact equivalence to the tag and commit; - build from source; - unit tests (3969 passed, 3 skipped); - S3, ADLS, and GCS test targets; - wheel metadata, RECORD, licenses, platform tags, native architectures, and provenance.
The environment-sensitive integration failures and the distribution/module version distinction are non-blocking in my assessment. Cross-platform wheels were inspected statically; I did not execute every wheel on its target platform. The source artifact is ready for release from my review.
