Hey community, I'd like to start a vote for adding default value expressions as proposed in this discuss thread <https://lists.apache.org/thread.html/ko8cs3tgol97f0m20yozchpxlotzl1mj>. The proposed change expands `write-default` in v4 to allow for expressions as defined by the expressions spec <https://github.com/apache/iceberg/blob/main/format/expressions-spec.md>.
