I would suggest to change second "SQL" topic to following

SQL statement syntax
  - DML
    -  SELECT ...
  - DDL
    - CREATE TABLE
    - DROP TABLE
    - ALTER TABLE
    - CREATE INDEX
    ....
  - ANSI 99 compliance
