I see an issue here - which might need to be discussed on incubator@. Here's
the problem as I see it:
 - a project - Ignite (incubating) in question - has its documentation in
   Confluence
 - while in incubation the project needs to use a different kind of Wiki -
MoinMoin - hence will have to undergo the conversion from one to another
 - TLPs are using Confluence wiki, so one the project in question has
graduated - the conversion needs to happen again, but this time in the
   opposite direction.

Is this a correct depiction of the situation or I am missing something?
