Hi I just installed Beta2 1.9.122 (Win32) on a java enabled machine. Java works fine for webbrowsing as well as applets open. It also works fine for local machine java applications.
The moments I opened Tools|Options and clicked on Java (on the left tree) openoffice freezes with no hesitation. I have also tried to disable java by using the automaticly generated file (which said explicitly I should not edit it, "javasettings_Windows_x86.xml"). That did not work either. The "Use a Javva runtime environment" is checked and there is no entries in the list of potentially installed JRE's. According to task manager soffice.bin is around 37mg and uses no processing power. Can anybody give me any advice, please.
