Hi Pavel,
for testing reasons you could do the following trick. You can define any
number that does not define another language. When starting the
installer database, Windows will probably show you a message like:
"This language of this installation package is not supported by your
system".
In this case you have to change the "Summary Information Stream" of the
msi database. You can use the Orca tool for this ("View"->"Summary
Information"). There you can change the language. Perhaps "1036" will
work fine for breton.
