Even the technicall prerequisites were done, it would still be a problem
of incompatible licenses.
I think Hristo mainly targeted the question: Why only English,... and
not more? and not "Why is the italian,... dictionary included in the
main package?"
Most of the dictionaries are GPL and therefore cannot be redistributed
within OOo directly..
