That sounds good.

We currently have a private S3 repository and we will make it public so
people can use it as a resolver.
We will also write a documentation on how to build the project from scratch
and use it as a dependency.

*One more question*: We would like to make the fat jar for Fey available
for downloading, in case people does not want to build it from scratch.
Where should we publish it? Under the Apache IOTA website?
