Moving towards making an Apache release I think would be more important than 2,3. Documentation and testing are important for the project, but may not be much interest to the IPMC or board. IP clearance would be something else to work towards, as would checking that none of the current dependancies are prohibited by Apache policy or because of how it's licensed. > Any issues that the Incubator PMC (IPMC) or ASF Board wish/need to be > aware of?
