How about change the "Three most important unfinished issues to address before graduating" as, - Make the community (both the contributors and committers/PPMCs) more diverse and learn to discuss things on the mailing list. - More committers should know how to release a version. - Have a plan for the future releasing (e.g., how long time to release a new major/minor version). I merged the 3 points into 2, and retain one from the draft.
