Hi,

+1 for the bad internet connection to JIRA in China...
It would be unlikely for normal Chinese users to access JIRA...
I think it is a big block for popularizing the project.

But +1 for JIRA's release management. If we maintain the "affected
versions" and "fixed versions" info very well, we can get the release nodes
easily and clearly. See [1] as an example.
