ISIS-987: some minor refactorings...
* EmailNotificationServiceDefault be implemented more like regular Isis-managed
domain services. Refactored/simplified some method calls
* Consolidated / refactored EmailEventAbstract hierarchy to remove duplication.
* Minor tweaks to messages and HTML.
