ISIS-1398: removing duplication in the PropertySetterFacet and
PropertyClearFacet hierarchies.
Specifically:
- removed PropertyClearFacetForDomainEventAbstract
- generalized the equivalent setter abstract to delegate to either an
underlying setterFacet or clearFacet
