ISIS-1603: provides first-cut impl of rendering property inline edit form for
ScalarPanelTextFieldAbstract.
Main (obvious in retrospect) insight is that the edit Link and the inline edit
form are not together in the markup
Also:
- renamed HasExecutingPanel to HasFormExecutor, and simplified way that this is
setup
Still need to:
- handle the cancel button
- get focus handling working correctly
- style textarea correctly
- do the other subtypes of ScalarPanelAbstract (ReferencePanel,
ValueChoicesSelect2Panel, BooleanPanel, IsisBlobOrClobPanelAbstract)
- need to figure out how to render reference...
