ISIS-1603: renaames ExecutingPanel to FormExecutor, and moves implementation of
PropertyEditPanel to new class (PropertyEditFormExecutor) so will be able to
reuse.
Also:
- started work on setting up the edit form in
ScalarPanelAbstract#addEditPropertyTo ... not yet complete.
- renamed some local vars so consistent across all subclasses of
ScalarPanelAbstract
