A rather strange query problem was reported on the user mailing list against the 1.2 release candidate. The problem's been verified and filed as JCR-707. The issue seems critical enough to block the 1.2 release, so consider this vote as closed for now. I'll create a new release candidate and start another release vote once JCR-707 has been resolved.
