Well, most of those test cases cannot verify for sure if the issue being tested
does not occur. Most of them are related to concurrent access. IMO the default
scale 1 should run the test within a *reasonable* time, otherwise developers
will not run the tests at all. Increasing the scale will test jackrabbit more
thoroughly and under more load and concurrency.
