The pooled bundle persistence managers are now in o.a.j.core.persistence.pool
and the original bundle PMs in o.a.j.core.persistence.bundle as before.
With that change in place I've now merged all the changes from the JCR-1456
sandbox branch back to trunk. Further work on this issue should happen in trunk.
