Updated my PR:
- unit tests are working against three VFS file system at the moment: a) local 
file system (default), b) WebDAV file system and c) SFTP file system.

 for detail on how to execute each of those.

Also, updated README.md in my demo project 
(https://github.com/woonsanko/hippo-davstore-demo) which show how it's working 
with WebDAV or SFTP file system as binary DataStore backend.
