I've updated VFS version to 2.1 and ensure the folder/file structure in the 
same way how FileDataStore and CachingDataStore does.
Also, just confirmed that all the unit tests work fine against local fs, webdav 
and sftp backend, and my demo project also works fine with either webdav or 
sftp.
