Take a look at http://new.jbehave.org/forum. You can subscribe to an individual forum via RSS. We (forum admins) can optionally lock individual forums (say the FAQ). Speaking of Javadoc, I'm thinking that static content like javadoc would still be hosted at the codehaus, linked from the website, as would the download binaries. Also, committers, despots and volunteers, please register yourselves at the site and then I can set you up with the appropriate permissions to edit, administer, etc. I'm off out now but might get some time tomorrow.
