Hi again,

Mauro pointed out to me that communication amongst the team isn't as good as it could be, especially given how many of us live or work in London.

I'd like to second his suggestion that those of us who are co-located should get together occasionally for a pint and a chat (next week, anyone?). I'm also on Skype and Yahoo, and have a mobile phone.

I'd like to suggest that we use a wiki to record some of the more important stuff (eg: our roadmap, design decisions, a glossary of domain terms, HowTos that we can then copy on to jbehave.org when we launch).

I'd like to point out that I keep using the word 'behaviours' when I actually mean 'examples', particularly at a unit level, and suggest that maybe this is a good time for our ubiquitous language and the domain model that underlies it to evolve.

I'd like to suggest that we start by using Subversion. This would also allow us to host it on codehaus. We could maybe move to Mercurial once more related tools are in place (I'm struggling with ssh access from Windows, and I need a binary installer for TortoiseHg and an HgBoostrapper in Cruise Control. Sorry, Dan, I'm not feeling your sense of liberation!)

Cheers,
Liz.
