I'd like to second his suggestion that those of us who are

Beer is good. I'm not around next week but the week after might be
possible. I really ought to get round to that whole Skype thing. I've
got an account and all, I just don't use it...
Yep beer and face-to-face meetings are always good, but Skype will be
more ultimately more useful. We should circulate ids offlist (to avoid
spamming which is reaching the IM world :-(
I'm available for meeting the week after next.
I'd like to suggest that we use a wiki to record some of the more
important stuff (eg: our roadmap, design decisions, a glossary of
domain terms, HowTos that we can then copy on to jbehave.org
<http://jbehave.org> when we launch).
Agreed. I'll set up wiki.jbehave.org <http://wiki.jbehave.org> in the
next day or two. Or maybe a trac instance, so we can have an integrated
wiki and issue tracker.
Cool. I'm not sure what your issues are with Jira - but I'm happy to
consider other tools.
We've been having similar conversations on the rspec lists. I'd like us
to use the same language across projects - it's the same domain and it
means I don't have to translate in my head.
I'd like to suggest that we start by using Subversion. This would
also allow us to host it on codehaus. We could maybe move to
Mercurial once more related tools are in place (I'm struggling with
ssh access from Windows, and I need a binary installer for
TortoiseHg and an HgBoostrapper in Cruise Control. Sorry, Dan, I'm
not feeling your sense of liberation!)
I understand your trepidation. I'll be using mercurial for local work,
but I can probably live with checking into subversion for a while. Let's
talk about it over beer.
Agreed - a smooth migration path and trial period is bet option.
Cheers
