Changesets 930-933 could be merged to 2.0.x branch although it not being

Ok - I intend to cut 2.0.1 later tonight (as I need it tomorrow for my
project) unless I hear any shout to the contrary. We can always cut a
2.0.2 if needed from 2.0.x branch later.
