Yes, that's correct. Are you currently using the vcloud or vcloud-director providers? If so, is this running against an on-prem installation?
As mentioned at the beginning of the thread, the vcloud API only supported 1.0, which is no longer supported by any of the vcloud providers jclouds used to have.
Are you still running jclouds against a vcloud 1.0 (or 1.0-compatible?) installation? And would you be interested in helping keep vcloud support in jclouds going?
