PS: One piece of feedback we've had from various users is that
up-to-date examples in jclouds-examples [1] are perhaps the most
useful source of documentation for new users trying to get a
particular provider to work. If you're thinking of creating
documentation, I would suggest considering this option before e.g.
working on a provider guide.
