+1 Run the verification scripts to check the following:
* Checksums are valid * Signatures are valid * The expanded source archive builds and passes tests * All files have license headers where appropriate * Expanded source archives match the contents of the RC tags * All LICENSE and NOTICE files are present and correct (verified manually) I've also tested the compute-basics examples against google-compute-engine and aws-ec2 and everything worked fine. This is a bugfix release, and many live tests have been fixed in 2.0. I think it is ok to release the bugfixes in 1.9.3 even if we the release does not reach the coverage that 2.0 has.
